Open Settings → Store settings. The tabs are,

  • Store identity — logo, browser tab icon, email, phone, WhatsApp, address and social links. They appear on your Contact page.
  • Languages and localization — your store’s language.
  • Currency and timezone — the currency of your prices, and the timezone reports count days in.
  • Orders — the order number prefix, the shopping cart (switch it off for a direct Buy now button), and Allow guest checkout.
  • Stock and availability — what happens to sold-out products, units held back from sale, and the low-stock and sold-out alerts.
  • Notifications — the emails your customers receive, order confirmations and order status updates. Each email uses credits.
  • Trust badges — up to 8 badges under the buy button, each with an icon and text.
  • SEO — your store’s title and description in search results, its sharing image, and an option to hide the store from search engines.
  • Analytics — your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager IDs.
  • Storefront defaults — the default layout of your product lists.
  • Shipping settings — the store default fee, and whether the fee is charged once per order, per product or per item.
  • Carriers and integrations — automatic dispatch of parcels to your carriers.
  • Payment settings — whether Cash on delivery is offered to customers.
  • Dropshipping — your default price rule and the partner badge shown on dropshipped products.

Settings → Domains connects a domain you own, such as shop.yourbrand.com. It needs a higher plan. The full walkthrough is on the Your own domain page.

Only the store owner sees the Operations log. It lists every store operation — including the free ones — with who did it and the credits it used, and can be filtered by operation and date.
