BigBuy

What you need

A BigBuy account on a pack that includes API access. BigBuy issues the API key with its paid packs.
Money in your BigBuy wallet. BigBuy takes payment from it when the order is created.

Connect it

Open “Suppliers”, press “Connect a supplier”, choose BigBuy, paste the API key and fill in “BigBuy categories to browse”.

BigBuy has no search, so Posty5 copies up to three BigBuy categories, by their ids, for you to browse. You can also set the “Product language”, how quickly BigBuy must dispatch the stock you sell, and a preferred “Carrier”.

BigBuy ships from Spain to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

BigBuy needs a postcode on every address, so keep the postcode field on your checkout.

Paying the supplier

Creating an order at BigBuy pays for it straight away from your wallet. So “Submit automatically” already pays, and there is no separate payment step.

BigBuy orders cannot be withdrawn through Posty5 once created. Contact BigBuy to cancel one.

Status and tracking

BigBuy sends no notifications, so Posty5 checks open orders about every 30 minutes for status and tracking.

Test mode

A test connection uses BigBuy’s sandbox with a sandbox key, so no real order is placed and nothing is charged.
