Analytics and reports

Analytics opens on an Overview of your headline figures, net sales over time, best sellers, orders by status, where orders come from, top destinations, how customers pay, and a funnel from visit to order. Other pages go deeper,

  • Sales and orders — growth, order value, how long orders wait, top products and channels.
  • Products and Inventory — best and slowest sellers, products with no sales, stock on hand and what to restock first.
  • Customers — new and returning customers, repeat rate and top customers.
  • Profit and discounts — gross profit, margins and the coupons used most.
  • Payments, Shipping and Geography — payment success and refunds, delivery charged and carrier performance, and sales by country and city.

Reports are detailed tables grouped into sales, orders and customers, money, delivery and geography, stock, and visitors. Every report has Export CSV, which downloads exactly what your filters show, all pages included.

Pick a reporting period — from Today to This year, or a custom range — and group figures by day, week or month. Switch on Compare with a previous period to see the change against another range.

Days follow your store’s timezone, set under Settings → Currency and timezone. Figures are recalculated every hour.

  • Net sales are product prices minus discounts and refunds. Delivery is reported separately, and only confirmed, processing, shipped and delivered orders count.
  • A visit is counted only after the shopper accepts the analytics banner, once per visit, with bots ignored and no personal details stored. Treat visitor numbers as a minimum.
  • Abandoned basket reports cover signed-in shoppers only.
