MCP troubleshooting
No tools appear, or a tool is missing
Section titled “No tools appear, or a tool is missing”- The connection offers only its tool groups and the tools its access level allows. Check both in Manage MCP — a delete tool, for example, needs Full access.
- Groups added to the end of the URL replace the link’s groups for that assistant.
?toolsets= - After you change the access level or the groups, reconnect the assistant or start a new chat. Some assistants keep the old tool list.
The link is not valid any more
Section titled “The link is not valid any more”The assistant reports one of the messages below. The URL was rotated or disconnected, or its API key was revoked. Create a new MCP URL on a key that is still active, or rotate it, and paste it into the assistant.

Not enough credits
Section titled “Not enough credits”A paid action is refused when the account’s balance cannot cover it, exactly as in the dashboard. Ask the assistant for your credits and the price of the action, then top up or change the request. Feature Credits
Rate limited
Section titled “Rate limited”Each MCP URL may make 120 tool calls a minute, of which 30 may change something, with up to 5 running at once. One account may make 600 calls a minute across all its URLs. A refused call tells the assistant how long to wait.
The assistant says the outcome is unknown
Section titled “The assistant says the outcome is unknown”A call that takes longer than 60 seconds, or loses its connection, may or may not have happened. The assistant is told to check first — for example by listing what it was creating — and then to retry with the same idempotency key. A retry with the same key within 24 hours returns the first result instead of doing the action twice. idempotencyKey
My lists are empty

The assistant keeps asking me to confirm
