Sell what a supplier stocks, without holding stock yourself.

Connect your account with a supplier, import its products with your own prices, and let Posty5 send each order to the supplier. The shopper buys from your store, pays your store, and is told that a partner ships the item.

Suppliers

Connect a supplier on the “Suppliers” page with its API key or by signing in, test the connection, and choose test or live.

Import from a supplier

Search a supplier catalogue or paste a product link, pick the variants, preview your prices and import up to 50 products at a time.

The Fulfilment tab

Every imported product has a “Fulfilment” tab with its supplier link, variant mapping, price rule, what stays in sync and its delivery estimate.

Automatic sending and payment

Send orders yourself, have them submitted automatically, or have them submitted and paid from your supplier balance.

Needs attention

A supplier order that cannot go ahead stops and waits on the “Needs attention” page, with one reason and what to do about it.

Parts and tracking

An order with store items and supplier items is split into parts. Each part has its own status and tracking number, and the shopper can follow each one.

  • A Pro plan or higher. Dropshipping is not included in the Free and Starter plans.
  • An account with a supported supplier, with money in it where the supplier takes payment from a balance. Posty5 never tops up a supplier balance for you.
  • An online payment method on your store if you want orders sent as soon as they are paid. Cash-on-delivery orders wait for you unless you allow unpaid orders.
  • Credits. Importing a product uses the same credits as adding one by hand. Sending, paying and tracking supplier orders use none.

The shopper pays your store through your own payment methods, exactly as for any other order. That money is yours and never goes to the supplier.

You pay the supplier from your own account with it — your CJdropshipping balance, your BigBuy wallet, or your AliExpress account. Posty5 pays for you only if you choose automatic payment, and only once the shopper has paid, unless you allowed unpaid orders.

Every supplier order carries your order number, and Posty5 checks with the supplier before it creates or pays one, so a retry never creates or pays a second order.

A partner-shipped product says “Shipped by a partner on behalf of this store” on its page, and shows a short badge on product cards unless you turn that off. The supplier’s name stays hidden unless you choose to show it.

At checkout, a basket with both kinds of item is shown in two groups, “Ships from the store” and “Ships from a partner”. The shopper pays once, with one delivery fee.

After ordering, the shopper tracks each part on its own. The order counts as shipped only when every part has shipped.

  • Returns to the supplier. A returned item comes back through your store’s usual returns, and you settle with the supplier yourself.
  • One product supplied by two suppliers.
  • A separate delivery fee for each part. The shopper always pays one delivery fee.
  • Print-on-demand products with your own artwork.
  • Importing from a product file or feed.
